TAR (Technology-Assisted Review)

Using technology like predictive coding and advanced machine learning to speed up reviews and cut costs. First, reviewers tag files in a subset of the case. Then, the eDiscovery application analyzes the reviewers’ tagging patterns to ‘learn’ what they consider essential. Next, it starts tagging files using these patterns while reviewers correct errors. And through this iterative process, the software reviews the entire case in a fraction of the time the reviewers would take.
